Eliades Ochoa, who is an original member of Buena Vista Social Club, has announced a new album called Guajiro (due May 26). The legendary Cuban singer, guitarist and songwriter also released the first single, “Se Soltó Un León”.

This track was produced by Demetrio Muñiz. Sonically, it is heavily influenced by plena, the Puerto Rican music style.

With its engaging rhythms, “Se Soltó Un León” is incredibly infectious.
