Oisín returns with a new song called “Summer” single: listen

Intoxicating soulful melodies characterize the song “Summer” by Irish-born singer-songwriter Oisín. This tune is actually the R&B/pop artist’s second single, which comes three whole years after his debut, “Happy Place.” Definitely worth the wait! Both songs bring to the fore Oisín’s proclivity for turning personal experiences into relatable songs.

Speaking about this new song, he says, “I think all those past situationships/talking stages that didn’t work out inspired this song. I can luckily say there’s ultimately never been any bad blood and I’ve always been able to walk away with a mutual understanding. It’s such a bittersweet feeling when it doesn’t work out with someone but I think it can still be so meaningful when you can both look back and appreciate the time you’ve given to each other.

Wrapped in tender melodies, “Summer” can be a great soundtrack for those cherishable moments, be it a fling or a road trip with a group of friends. That’s also how the artist envisioned it.

Oisín will soon be releasing his debut project via EP Entertainment. Check out the artist on Instagram.
