I feel Obed Padilla outdid himself on his new song, “I Don’t Get High Anymore”, a take that admittedly sounds outrageous, considering the Mexican artist’s recent streak of hot singles. The single is intoxicating, to say the least.

Over the last one year, Obed has had us on a leash with his warm, infectious indie pop tunes. “I Don’t Get High Anymore” serves as the first taste of his next project — he released an EP called Rodeo Clown a few months ago.

This new single features infectious rhythms and sweet, syrupy melodies. It rendered me obsessed from the very first note.

Obed Padilla is a musician you can’t afford to sleep on. So, do check out his earlier songs and connect with him on Instagram.
