Belgian-Japanese duo Aili & Orson recently returned with “Achi Kochi”, a song that embodies their uniquely crafted indie-electronic sound. The single is out via Eskimo Recordings, the label that also presented their 2024 album Nandakke?.

Sung in Japanese, “Achi Kochi” is about juggling everything at once (the title loosely translates to “all over the place”). It was released with an interesting music video.

The indie-dance track layers dreamy synths over disco-flavoured percussion. It’s got hints of euphoria despite the melancholic lyrics.
