Cat Spare just dropped the single, “Hi Hello”. The independent singer from Los Angeles tells us she has big plans for 2018 and this is a true testament.
About the song, Cat Spare says: “I was talking to someone who I thought I was in love with. I spent a lot of time with him and he admitted he was in love with me, but then he moved away to be with his family and I haven’t heard from him since I dropped him off at the airport. This song is for anyone wanted to reach out to someone and doesn’t know how to, your methods never seem to work, or there was no closure.“
Cat Spare has been working with producers such as Jake Bowman, Teddy Roxpin, and Juice of All Trades. Through them, she’s been nurturing her soulful sound. She names Kehlani, Miley Cyrus and Frank Sinatra as the artists that have drawn her to contemporary R&B.
