The Hi‘s new single “Can’t Come Down” is presented as a full doze of melancholia. With a strong vocal delivery, which is quite a good complement to the great composition, this pop/rock song is irresistibly beautiful. Just like their other releases, “Can’t Come Down” was self-written by the band and its tune is an awesome concocted blend of different flavours.
The Hi is an trio from Denmark and its members include Henrik, Thomas and Johs. Their genre-bending style of music is influenced by bands such as Depeche Mode, The Black Keys, Imagine Dragons, Kings Of Leon and Muse. They had, before this new creative venture, been producing records for other artists and they, so far, have production credits on songs by the likes of P Diddy, Method Man, Raphael Saadiq, Jordin Sparks.
