KING LX is a German-based duo made up of Benji and Fayzen. Having worked together for many years, this year, the two decided to form an outfit to share their music with the world. Theirs is pop music deeply rooted in R&B/soul.

Out now is “Universe”, which is KING LX’s third release — although it’s first piece that Benji and Fayzen wrote and recorded together. The song is about encountering personal failures and the consequent feeling that the universe is against you.

Still, it offers galvanizing hope, as is captured in Benji’s powerful and uplifting vocals. Fayzen created the perfect soundscape within which “Universe” is delivered.
