Groovy Daughter is a new music project by Australian artist Nicole Carr. Having captured the attention of fans and taste makers alike with her previous single, “HARSH”, she continues in that impressive path, creatively.

Groovy Daughter’s latest release, “I DON’T CARE”, is a groove-laden and soulful song whose lyrics capture the aftermath of a breakup. Her attitude in this song is unmistakably unapologetic and refreshingly carefree, just like the creation process.

Groovy Daughter says: “Unlike most of my other songs, “I DON’T CARE” was completely unplanned and unhinged. I walked into the studio with one song and after about 5 hrs of us not really getting there I thought I’d pull out this demo and it just happened. All the stars were aligned for this one.”
