Singer-songwriter Marshall teamed up with fellow Canadian, Breagh MacKinnon, to pen his newest song, “when the day is done”. The result is an indie-folk piece so magnificent that was featured on the final episode of HBO TV series, Hard Knocks (Season 17).

The artist’s lyrics on “when the day is done” are heartfelt and reassuring. He notes: “It’s about personal experiences and dealing with the craziness of the last 2 years but always knowing that that certain someone is there for you at the end of the day, no matter how great or how crappy it was.”
