Las Vegas-raised singer Sam Valdez‘s new EP, Crush, was released a few weeks ago. It carries four moody songs which showcase her brand of alt-pop; Sam’s music melds lo-fi indie rock with shoegaze.
“Charlie”, the song which immediately preceded (and is part of ) the EP, encapsulates her style.
Crush arrived with the music video for the song “Backseat”. The other two tracks on the EP are “Unwind” and “Your Party”.
