Brooklyn band Stolen Jars‘ music is an appreciation of the present moment. That is well exemplified in their euphoric new single, “Somewhere Else”.
With its soaring chorus, “Somewhere Else” is a dance-inducing indie-pop anthem capturing the lonely feeling of being stuck in one place, both physically and mentally.
“Somewhere Else” was written in the summer of 2020 when an opportunity to communicate with others, be it through a computer screen, was much cherished.
Stolen Jars consists of singer-songwriters Cody Fitzgerald and Sarah Coffey, guitarist/producer Elias Spector-Zabusky, drummer Isaiah Hazzard and keyboardist Grant Meyer.
