Brighton and London-based duo TENDER have been serving up some amazing tunes in the last one year, with “cutting grass” being their most recent. The trippy and mesmerising indie-electronic song brings us a step closer to the release of their upcoming album called Flux (due September 6th).

“cutting grass” is about taking kindness for granted. “When someone gives you undivided love and attention that it becomes the norm and you don’t offer the same back. What does it take for you to realise what you have is sacred before it is too late,” the outfit explains.   

TENDER filled this track with layers of organic and electronic instruments, leaving space for melodious vocals. Altogether, “cutting grass” is dreamy, chill and utterly dance-inducing. I really like the overall sound.
