The other week, Montreal’s Myles Lloyd served up a sultry R&B single christened “One Sided”.

I like how, with this song, the Canadian crooner turns feelings of unbalanced love into a bop. The production’s balance of rhythm and melody is absolutely top-class.

“‘One Sided’ is about going all in for somebody who was never really all in for you. It’s realizing you’ve been carrying the relationship on your back while they’re just along for the ride,” Lloyd shares.
