Following the release of her From Under The Thumb album last December, UK artist Ella Rosa has returned with a new single. She named the song “third degree”.

The track is drum-and-bass influenced and is generally quite captivating. Known for her ability to blur genre boundaries, Ella seems comfortable making this type of music.

Lyrically, “third degree” is thoughtful. It’s a song about feeling lost and trapped in a cycle of self-criticism, the singer reveals.
