I just heard this song “Legacy” by American lyricist Drew Drake, an artist I previously knew nothing about. As I have come to find out, he is an emcee, actor, poet and educator who’s conscious of his identity as a person of color.

“Legacy” features another burgeoning rapper in the name of Déja Imani. The song features no-holds-barred social and political commentary, each artist flexing their catchy flows over an energetic hip hop instrumental.
