The debut EP by multi-lingual French singer Enola Bedard arrived last month, August. Rouge showcases the various influences that have shaped her music, as symbolized by the fact that it was created in several cities across North America and Europe. It feels more like a full-length album.

The focus track “Allergic To Roses” takes the last spot on the tracklist. A raw, emotive song that lays bare the pain of love, this song finds Enola at her most vulnerable.

Contrastingly, “Hit & Run”, the other song that arrived with EP, is an utterly bubbly dance pop tune.
