When I hear the name AJ Wander, all that comes to mind are powerful pop songs.

The London-raised singer-songwriter first stepped into my radar in 2021 with his mesmerizing single “Take It All“. Songs like “When You Say I Love You” further cemented his place in my list of singers to watch.

Although AJ hasn’t been very active (in terms of releases) these past couple of years, 2026 has seen him return to dropping new music.

His latest single “wonderful life” is a piano-driven, stripped-back song that I find so soul-stirring. The song features delicate arrangement and, of course, the singer’s soulful voice.

“I wrote ‘wonderful life’ when feeling disillusioned with my rat race life, forgetting what is important,” says AJ . “Then remembering that it’s the precious little time spent with my loved ones that brings me joy.“

AJ Wander is expected to unveil a new single on November 6. Follow the artist on Instagram for updates.
