Toronto rockers Jane’s Party just delivered another stunning full-length release. The new album is titled Avalanche and it includes previously released singles like “Over You“.

This album finds the band reflecting on their younger selves. “Scream and Shout” is one song that captures that fun, carefree energy. The nostalgic anthem is infused with hints of melancholy.

Jane’s Party share: “Although the track has an excited energy, and a driving underscore that continues to ramp up until literal screaming and shouting, the story is ultimately about the pain of leaving home, and not just mourning a place that was once lived in, but also a version of ourselves that is gone forever.“

These guys are undeniable hit-makers and this collection of songs proves just that. I’ve enjoyed all the twelve songs.
