London-based Australian deejay and producer DJ Lala recently joined forces with fellow Londoners The FaNaTiX (production duo) and Äyanna (singer) and the result is “Bedroom Eyes”.

The flirty, playful song was paired with an equally vibrant music video. “Bedroom Eyes” blends various styles, including afrobeats and afro house. The bass-heavy, Caribbean-influenced production gives the track quite an inviting flavour.

“‘Bedroom Eyes’ is the beginning of this project that we have been building for a while, it’s a great feeling to put it out into the world,” says DJ Lala. “It’s Afropop but still very London, a blend that speaks to me.”

Äyanna and The FaNaTiX also expressed their excitement around this project.
