Drona finally releases a new single, “Don’t Go”. It is a stripped-down, indie-pop song that derives its smooth sound from a blend of piano notes and sounds from the sitar (a large, long-necked Indian lute). Overlaying the melodic tune is the singer/songwriter’s equally powerful and gripping story that borders on heartbreak. The track was produced by Ryan Egan, mixed by Ariel Loh and mastered by Chris Gehringer

Drona (official birth-name, Vaibhav Aggarwal) is a New York-based independent musician who, at just 17, moved from India to NYC. He’s gone ahead to release an EP (The Real World) and electronic singles including “Horizons”, “Learn to Unlove” and “Wild Thing”.
