Aipate appears just in time to catch up with the release of “Weather”. It is the debut single from OBVE, a new project by American singer/songwriter Otis English. The song is a bluesy, soul-infused, indie-pop record that, thanks to it’s stepped down tempo, fully captures the Los Angles-based artist’s amazing vocals.
