Trappy Gilmore is the just-released, 10-track project by Macntaj, the US-based, Ghanaian-born rapper whom we first introduced you to through his single, “Boy“. Highlighted above is “Russ” a song which features Taane JR and is taken off the new project. The song’s layers of rich melodies consolidate into an exciting bouncy trap record which carries an experimental edge. You will also notice that a good number of the songs on this project are titled after some famous names.
Macntaj is the moniker for Kwabena Boateng. Stream “Russ” above plus the entire album below. We have also embedded the video for “Dog”, another track off Trappy Gilmore.
