New song and video finds Dana Williams with no “Answers”

Dana Williams links up once more with producers Jordan Ware and L.3.G.I.O.N. for another single, “Answers”. The song, together with its video, doesn’t depart from the singer-songwriter’s signature smooth soulful R&B style. On this introspective piece, she talks about exercising one’s right as being the first step in dealing with the issues of police brutality and systemic racism.

I wrote ‘Answers’ in response to getting a lot of questions about racism during the George Floyd and Breonna Taylor demonstrations. I didn’t have the answers for the people reaching out to me. I still don’t. But I think it is important to vote in this upcoming election. So much is at stake and we have to exercise our voices and speak up.”

Dana is an artist you can’t help but fall in love with. Her distinctive voice, paired with her unique perspectives, makes her a special talent. No wonder music platform Idolator picked her as one of their ’40 Artists To Watch In 2020′.
