Irish songstress Erica Cody recently shared a magnificent 90s-influenced R&B track. As a release, “Back To Basics” kicks off the roll-out of the singer’s planned new EP. And, it succeeds in building anticipation for that forthcoming project.

“Back To Basics” is sensuous, thanks in part to Erica’s alluring vocals and bold and honest lyrics. The groovy production also grabs the listener’s senses.

“Nothing needs to be complicated when you can keep it simple. Love can be complicated but only if we make it that way. When you take it back to basics and ignore the outside noise that’s when it works best,” the Dublin artists remarks.
