While music by Qwiet Type (birth-name Matt Powell) is hard to pin down to a specific genre, there is one element that is consistent throughout: energy. This is well exemplified in the Florida-based creative’s newest offering, an EP named Uninvited.

Four tracks long, Uninvited is a vibrant mix of indie, pop rock and electronica. Title-track (also the first track on the project) is a brilliantly groovy and melody-laden tune. Matt’s vocals and captivating guitar solo add a compelling effect to “Uninvited”.
