Ludic share new single & video, “Judge Me”

With their brand of alt-pop, Vancouver-based trio Ludic are slowly becoming a favorite for many a listener. The band recently announced their debut EP which is expected to drop this coming April.

Its first single called “Judge Me” was released about a week ago. The soulful song arrived in the company of a lovely music video directed by Maxton Cunningham and Nina Chen.

“Judge Me” describes the feeling of loneliness in a relationship. “The song tackles what it’s like to recognize harmful patterns in a romantic relationship,” lead vocalist and bassist Max Cunningham elaborates. “And the determination to mend all that is wrong because you are committed to your love for that person.”

This track marks the first time guitarist Ayla Tesler-Mabe joined Max on vocals. Rhett Cunningham, brother to Max, is Ludic’s other member.
