With new single “See Me Fall”, Italian metal-rock band Break Me Down leans into the fantastical world.

Embracing one’s darker side, it’s a piece that attempts to explain why people sometimes become villains, holding that it’s not due to one’s nature but rather situations.

“The song tells about Stephen’s betrayal of Maleficent who, feeling hurt, becomes evil to get her revenge and in the end she gets it,” says guitarist Laerte.

This wild aspect is expressed in both the instrumentation and accompanying visual. Also brought to the fore is singer Veronica’s vocal prowess.
