Housewife is an indie-rock project by 20-year-old Canadian musician Brighid Fry. The Toronto-based indie-rock outfit has just released a new single called “Fuck Around Phase”.
Created in collaboration with producer Gabe Simon, it is out on Hazel Street Records.
“Fuck Around Phase” is musically effervescent and lyrically blunt. The chorus bursts with distorted guitars and catchy melodies.
Brighid enthralls us further with her lovely vocal. “This song is about learning to enjoy yourself and be present after going through a difficult time,” she says. “I want to embrace being messy and not take things too seriously!“
