“Ground Falls Away” is one of the two new singles from Canadian band Strange Plants.

Built around soft electric piano melodies, pulsating percussion and warm, atmospheric synths, the indie rock song is quite poppy. It captures the restless feeling of pushing through life’s daily pressures and refusing to stand still.

An upcoming album by Strange Plants in in the work–they plan to release the project later this year. For now, listen to “Ground Falls Away”, the previous offering, “Lay Your Mind”, and the latest, “Time Killing”.
