Marshall – “Maybe We Shouldn’t Be Friends” [off Layers album]

Gifted Canadian singer/songwriter Marshall unveiled his solo debut album Layers on Friday, June 21st. The 9-track LP had been preceded with the singles “Shadows”, “I Could be the One” and “Parachute” which features Jocelyn Alice. With the eventual release of the album, we now get to hear the project’s full context. Highlighted above is the song “Maybe We Shouldn’t Be Friends”, an indie-inflected pop track based out of an emotional composition.

Marshall is one of the musicians in the group, Walk Off the Earth.
