If you loved UK band Glass Animals and US rapper Denzel Curry‘s collaborative effort “Tokyo Drifting”, which arrived sometimes last month, then you’ll find the just unveiled visuals quite welcome. The creatively made clip which was shot in Yonkers, New York and directed by rubberband complements the track’s unique vibe. “Tokyo Drifting” blends elements of indie-pop, trap and R&B and is part of Glass Animals’s ‘Fresh Fruit’ series of collaborations.
Glass Animals is fronted by singer, songwriter and producer Dave Bayley and the four-member outfit includes Joe Seaward, Ed Irwin-Singer and Drew Macfarlane. Denzel Curry, on the other hand, is an artist from Carol City, Florida, who is known for his unique brand of rap. This song, thus, brings the best out of them.
