Two of Jamaica’s reggae contemporaries Chronixx and Kabaka Pyramid have shared a new collaborative single, “Same Prayer”. With the former featuring the latter, the two singers deliver a prayerful song that truly uplifts and touches the soul. This piece couldn’t have come at a more appropriate time, given the pandemic that the world is currently going through. Surely, we all could do with some hope and “Same Prayer” offers just that…. and more.

“‘Same Prayer’ is, in part, a prayer for the younger generation to reflect on internally. It’s also a reminder that there is a greater power directing things in the physical space. Instead of looking for solutions in our material lives, we can both reach out to this higher power and look deep within ourselves,” Chronixx explains.

Produced by Zion I Kings and released on Soul Circle Music, the track arrives as the second single from Chronixx’s forthcoming sophomore album Dela Splash (the first single was “Dela Move“).
