For her latest track “18”, Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Lisa Heller leaned into nostalgia. Guided by delicate piano chords, the artist relatably recalls the thrills of her teenage years.

She explains, “‘18′ is a song I wrote from my childhood bedroom when I visited home during the pandemic. I wanted to touch on the nostalgic feeling of revisiting my hometown. It’s both cozy and eerie at the same time and I wanted that to come across.”

Lisa will be releasing her forthcoming EP titled is anyone listening on July 15. The first single “red flags” was released about a month ago.
