Following AVIV‘s collaboration with OCTAVIO the Dweeb, the 15-year-old rising Canadian indie pop sensation did share another amazing piece, “love of your life”. This is such a beautiful song and, although AVIV’s lyrics are of emotional significance, the track generally feels bright and laidback, thanks to the breezy synths, lovely guitar riffs and the singer’s awesome delivery. The music video is equally colourful.

“love of your life” explores the naivety of certain young relationships and needing to receive artificial affirmation, which can only lead to toxicity and disappointment.
