On December 2, Swedish indie rock band Koala Bar released their third album Ingest ≈ Digest. It arrived with the emotive focus track “The Carnival”.

Speaking about the LP, the band noted: “As much as it’s an album about doubt and inadequacy, it’s also about the solidarity and hope that unites us”.

They added, “We really want the listener to get this roller-coaster-vibe when you listen to the album – not knowing what to expect from the next song“.

Koala Bar worked with producer Petter Lithvall to create the project and released it via Rexius Records.
