The Blues and Greys are an American band from Santa Barbara, California. The outfit consists of Lindsey Waldon (vocals), Zachary Wallace (guitar & keyboard), Joey McDermott (drums) and Michael Million (bass & vocals).
With their debut EP, Brights Lights, arriving in 2013, The Blues and Greys soon entered a hiatus that lasted a number of years. They returned in 2020, and have since shared a couple of singles. Their latest is an synth-pop infused indie rock song called “RML”.
“RML” showcases the band’s style: catchy yet carrying a hint of dark. The song also highlights singer Lindsey’s glossy vocals.
Commenting about it, The Blues and Greys said, “‘RML is about someone playing games with your heart. One minute they want to be with you and then the next they are pushing you away. Feels like you’re on a never ending emotional rollercoaster until you finally say enough. You move on and the one playing games is now the one caught in the feelings and left alone to sulk in the aftermath.“
I hope you like ‘RML’ as much as I do. You may consider following The Blues And Greys on Instagram.
