Finally, Vumbi Dekula and his Dekula Band got to release their new EP, Slavery is crime. The 4-song mini-album was preceded by the singles “Nzenze Ya Kwetu” and the title-track, which we featured here.

The Sweden-based band’s style is an up-tempo fusion of soukous and Congolese Rhumba. You get a proper taste when you listen to the four songs, including “Chakacha” and “Pingu La Maisha”. The listening experience is great. Enjoy!
