Los Angeles-native drummer and singer-songwriter Lia Braswell has a new indie-electronic single, “If Not for the Chaos”. Out on Waxwork Records, it serves as the follow-up to her debut album, Rising.

Having been recorded (together with producer Keir Schmidt) at the same time the project was being rolled out, “If Not for the Chaos” continues the vulnerability of the album.

Lia reveals, “‘If Not for the Chaos’ is a continuation of blending emotion with intent. It’s another song that brings my heart to the forefront by evoking the spontaneity of connection while touring.“
