Have you heard Bella Brown & The Jealous Lovers‘ new EP, Spun Out?

Having been preceded by the single “Stay Too Long”, the project arrived with songs like “We’re All Gonna Get There” and “Big Ol’ World”.

Actually, Spun Out is just five tracks long. The EP mixes of ’70s funk and soul with afrobeat-inspired rhythms. I find the title-track particulary funky and engaging.

With “We’re All Gonna Get There”, Bella Brown showcases her inspired songwriting and powerful voice. Altogether, this is an impressive body of work.
