A new music collective that you should get to know is The Hamsa Experiment, also known as T.H.E. For their songs, the genre-bending outfit works with various artists.

T.H.E.’s newest offering saw them collaborate with Nigerian singer Josiah Bassey.

Named “Ijo”, the song’s title means ‘dance’ in local pidgin. Josiah’s vocal delivery is as smooth as the production on this track; “Ijo” dexterously blends afropop, kizomba and hip hop into a song you’ll enjoy listening to.
