Speaking about “Sister”, ferdinant. reveals, “It is a story of how I grew up, and an expression of love towards our youth. Family is something you don’t get to choose, and this song to me expresses gratitude towards our shared past. I used to think that as a big brother I was looking out for my little sister, but funny enough I now see that mostly it’s the other way around. I lovingly admit that she has helped me through times of vulnerability and loneliness.“
